Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a SaaS Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products to prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying leads, building relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.



  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand potential clients’ business needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate our SaaS products to key decision-makers, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process to customer onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ offerings.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and promote our SaaS products.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment, preferably in SaaS or technology-related industries.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of SaaS sales processes and strategies.
  • Experience in SaaS Sales in the Insurance Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and address clients’ objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Knowledge of the software industry and understanding of SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
